The university services staff is comprised of individuals dedicated to your success. Many of them are current or prior online students with familiarity to the online environment and the processes involved. If they are unable to assist you directly, they will get you in contact with those that can, or they will find the answers and follow up accordingly.

The staff deals directly with registrations, drop/adds, orientation, and career services. They also work very closely with the academic department and can assist in creating plans of studies.
