Financial Aid Award Year
Independent Checklist
2008-2009

Step 1:  Department of Education PIN and Federal Financial Aid Form (FAFSA)

If you don't already have a PIN, apply for one now.  Your conditional PIN will either be given to you immediately on the Web site when you apply or e-mailed to you immediately from the Federal Government.  Be sure to keep and safeguard your PIN as you will need it for future years and other processes.  You will need a PIN to submit and electronically sign your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) (Section 2 of the Web site.)

Some students find it helpful to fill out a Pre-Application Worksheet first (Section 1 of the Web site).  If you have all ready completed your FAFSA for this award year, please use your PIN and make a correction by adding our school code, 004057, to your processed FAFSA (Section 3 of the Web site).
