The student services department is open to all students after enrollment. Individual consultations for all student and career services are at NAU students’ disposal. This confidential office refers students with problems, such as child care, health and transportation to outside agencies.

National American University offers lifetime job assistance. Support is given for creating resumés, cover letters and reference pages. Mock interviews are also held in the career services department.
