A Computer Support Specialist provides technical assistance to computer users, answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. On-Ground Classes Permissible – In addition to online classes, students may take on-ground classes at the following locations:
Centennial, Colorado Springs, and Colorado Springs South, Colorado; Ellsworth AFB, Rapid City, Sioux Falls, and Watertown, South Dakota; Austin, Austin South, Georgetown, Houston, Lewisville, Mesquite, and Richardson, Texas.

Computer Support Specialists can seek the CompTIA certifications in the areas of: A+, Network+, and Linux.
