A Computer Support Specialist provides technical assistance to computer users, answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. Online Classes Only – Students may not take any on-ground classes at the following locations:
Indianapolis, Indiana; Garden City, Overland Park, Wichita, and Wichita West, Kansas; Bloomington, Brooklyn Center, Burnsville, Minnetonka, Rochester, and Roseville, Minnesota; Independence, Lee's Summit, and Zona Rosa, Missouri; Bellevue, Nebraska; Albuquerque and Albuquerque West, New Mexico; Tulsa, Oklahoma; and Allen, Texas.
On-Ground Classes Permissible – In addition to online classes, students may take on-ground classes at the following locations:
Centennial, Colorado Springs, and Colorado Springs South, Colorado; Ellsworth AFB, Rapid City, Sioux Falls, and Watertown, South Dakota; Austin, Austin South, Georgetown, Houston, Lewisville, Mesquite, and Richardson, Texas.

Students in some programs may be required to take online classes and attend classes at different locations.
Computer Support Specialists can seek the CompTIA certifications in the areas of: A+, Network+, and Linux.

About Wichita (West Campus)
National American University’s Wichita West campus has been serving students in the area since 2010. The Wichita West campus offers the convenience of on campus classes, online classes, or a combination of both. Students can pursue degrees in a wide variety of programs. The campus is conveniently located at the corner of 13th Street North and Tyler Road in the Northwest Plaza Center and is easily accessible from all areas of Wichita from Interstate 235, Highway K96 or US54/400.
