Master of Business Administration, Project and Process ManagementAn MBA degree is seen in the business world as an indication that you have a general knowledge of accounting, economics, finance, and management, particularly from a middle or upper management perspective. NAU’s Master of Business Administration will provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to meet the needs of today’s leading organizations. The Process and Project Management concentration will prepare you to work in positions that plan and control organizational developmental and procedural activities. Project managers take responsibility for the successful completion of projects, including controlling, monitoring and quality control of projects to help ensure that projects are completed within their constraints, including schedule and budget. The curriculum is designed to train students to effectively manage both complex and agile projects, as well as existing and refined processes.
