Associate of Applied Science in Construction Management
The Associate of Applied Science degree in Construction Management is designed to prepare students to manage the various elements of residential and commercial construction projects. Students will develop knowledge on how to effectively manage and supervise projects, including key aspects like planning, controlling, scheduling, and monitoring the various phases. Coursework includes an introduction to construction management, construction materials and handling, building codes, planning and scheduling, and green building trends and technology.
This program is offered online, with support services provided by the NAU locations listed below. Classes are offered as follows:
Online Classes Only – Students may not take any on-ground classes at the following locations:
Indianapolis, Indiana; Garden City, Overland Park, Wichita, and Wichita West, Kansas; Bloomington, Brooklyn Center, Burnsville, Minnetonka, Rochester, and Roseville, Minnesota; Independence, Lee's Summit, and Zona Rosa, Missouri; Bellevue, Nebraska; Albuquerque and Albuquerque West, New Mexico; Tulsa, Oklahoma; and Allen, Texas.
On-Ground Classes Permissible – In addition to online classes, students may take on-ground classes at the following locations: Centennial, Colorado Springs, and Colorado Springs South, Colorado; Ellsworth AFB, Rapid City, Sioux Falls, and Watertown, South Dakota; Austin, Austin South, Georgetown, Houston, Lewisville, Mesquite, and Richardson, Texas
