Associate of Applied Science in Computer Support Specialist (Indianapolis)
A Computer Support Specialist provides technical assistance to computer users, answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. National American University offers degree programs in both the Diploma and the Associate of Applied Science. The Computer Support Specialist degree provides students with the technical knowledge and expertise to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems within a help desk environment. Online Classes Only – Students may not take any on-ground classes at the following locations:
Indianapolis, Indiana; Garden City, Overland Park, Wichita, and Wichita West, Kansas; Bloomington, Brooklyn Center, Burnsville, Minnetonka, Rochester, and Roseville, Minnesota; Independence, Lee's Summit, and Zona Rosa, Missouri; Bellevue, Nebraska; Albuquerque and Albuquerque West, New Mexico; Tulsa, Oklahoma; and Allen, Texas.
On-Ground Classes Permissible – In addition to online classes, students may take on-ground classes at the following locations:
Centennial, Colorado Springs, and Colorado Springs South, Colorado; Ellsworth AFB, Rapid City, Sioux Falls, and Watertown, South Dakota; Austin, Austin South, Georgetown, Houston, Lewisville, Mesquite, and Richardson, Texas.
