Human Resources Management Online Bachelor’s Degree
The human resources management online bachelor’s degree prepares students for a career in the human resource management of business organizations. Students explore the broad human resource activities required to attract, maintain and develop an effective workforce, including strategic planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, employee performance and compensation appraisals, and benefits administration.
Due to the rapidly evolving nature of this field, students will review recent laws, court decisions, new technologies, and social forces in the field. Students are encouraged to develop a strategic mind-set of human resource management policies and practices, and are empowered to become effective decision makers in this specialized field of business management.
