Master of Management, Project and Process ManagementThe Master of Management degree is designed to increase your knowledge and skills as a manager, especially by focusing on the “big picture” issues involved with management, such as finance, marketing, or organizational structure. You will develop a well-rounded portfolio of management knowledge, skills and abilities along with a holistic view of the organization. This concentration will prepare graduates to work in positions that plan and control organizational developmental and procedural activities. Project managers take responsibility for the successful completion of projects, including controlling, monitoring and quality control of projects to help ensure that projects are completed within their constraints, including schedule and budget. The curriculum is designed to train students to effectively manage both complex and agile projects, as well as existing and refined processes.
