For those looking for an entry level position before management, HR Specialists are expected to see an increase in jobs in the same period with an overall growth rate of 15.5% from 2012 to 2022. HR Specialists earn a median salary of $56,850. However, in order to become an HR manager or obtain a career in Human Resources, candidates must first get their B.S. from a degree program that specializes in HR.
Online Human Resources Degrees and Certificates
